It took us nearly a year to purchase a home, partially due to the tough market, but also we wanted to make sure it fit our families needs, was something that we could enjoy for years to come, and was a sound investment. I truly appreciated Chris's patience to get us in a home that worked for us. He worked to find homes for us week in and out and was always first on site to walk it before we arrived to make sure it was even worth our time. Furthermore, he had a great eye for issues or unfavorable locations/land/etc that may impact the value of the home and was honest enough to talk us out of a home that may have been a money pit, which truly shows he is in it for his clients and not to turn and burn. Once we were under contract, he took over and made the process effortless. I highly recommend Chris and was an absolute pleasure working with him.
